Great comment: "that is disturbing because now they won't be able to buy Calif from us"

There will be winners and losers in the 'energy game' and I have my sights on the prior than the latter..a good "whatever " to you too! joe

I can assure you that a properly placed solar pv install will pay back 3 times it's cost or more over the 30 year production life. Our system saves us $2600 a year in power bills and generates about $2000 a year in energy cost $26,500 for both systems installed. So far we have almost $15000 back over 4 years.. best J1

Loved the "They sneak, we can too" comment.

have a happy new year

A BIG CONGRATS on reaching that 2M mark and your nice new ride! Wow! Truly awesome! Keep leading the way for others to follow here in GasBuddyland! More than 90% of all the GBs that signed up over the past 13+ years will never make it to 1M points, most GBs quit before they even get close, and there are only 3,824 GBs out of more than 8 million GBs that have reached 2M points! Others ahead of you have retired, so there is lots of room at that 3M milestone, there are only 1,417 GBs that have continued on to 3M, most GBs retire between 3M and 4M! Keep going, don't stop now! It's nice seeing you come back each day as I track your progress to that 3M milestone and beyond! Thanks buddy for your 5+ years of dedication here on GasBuddy! Have a nice week! Ron

That is correct, so GM is an innocent party, as the federal government was the only creditor available on the planet, and we see how our Imperialist in office did his special version of a government bankruptcy.. GM will forever be falsely marred, due to Obama's actions. Can you imagine that if the government had just lent money, and GM was now reporting payments back every quarter, how GM's PR would be much better? It is what it is, but GM is a great company and their new model launches have been outstanding. GM and Ford are now gaining market share against their Japanese counterparts after losing share steadily over the last few decades.

Right! The largest auto manufacturer in the Untied States shouldn't be here! LOL. Now, Obama is another matter, as he forced GM into his own version of a bankruptcy. He actually took an equity stake in the company, and promptly sold his equity prematurely, costing us over $10 Billion. It is Obama that should not exist! GM(and Chrysler) was just caught with a lack of proper amount of liquidity when the financial collapse hit, leaving our government as the only creditor on the planet. Obama handled that very selfishly and poorly.

There is a memorial for our friend Dennis here:

by Calinda0530  Mar 13, 2014

I just got this from LanguageMan: "Thought you might like to know. Our mutual friend, Dennis, 1cheapgasin from Indianapolis Gas Prices is no longer with us. He passed away yesterday afternoon about 3:30. He had double pneumonia, blood clots, and 2 fungus in his lungs. His wife Jane informed me. Forgive me if I don't write much. He was one of my better friends from here and in life. He was a REAL GOOD guy. I will miss him. Martin"
