Why would they take a clean fuel and turn it into diesel fuel?

Here we go! I wondered how long it would take. They don't want price controls and regulation if natural gas is to rise on the global market. You can kiss cheap fuel for winter months heating goodbye. Its all about the money not for the consumer but Big Energy markets. People need to be alert and not asleep about these things. Its all about exporting our gas in the form of LNG for a market that will pay several times more than it brings here.

Because of the glut of natural gas supply has got to reduce the prices in the long run.

Considering many power plants use natural gas to generate electricity, it will be interesting to see if this end of price regulation has the effect of lowering electric bills.

I doubt that they will get lower.. all energy is in demand and will be till we run out and so we are always going to pay for it and then pay for it again.. increases in prices go with demand..

The world is energy hungry, so all things energy will mean price increases and more profit for the industry and world financial sector! They want deregulation for one reason, to increase prices and coupled with increase demand, lookout!

Deregulation = screwing the consumer. That's like letting a person drive without a license or speed limit.

with all this energy, prices were supposed to drop, they will go up big time and they want cars to run on natural gas too.

I don't like regulation, but at the same time, I don't like wide price swings, either. What the best answer is for the consumer, i don't know.
